Hello! My name is Prakshita.
I know life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether it is the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, or ache of not feeling enough. It takes courage to pause, to ask for support, and to choose not to go through it all by yourself.
In therapy, I offer a gentle space where you can simply show up as you are. No masks, no pressure to have it all figured out. Just room to breathe, to speak, and to be heard. Together, we will explore what feels heavy, nurture what feels tender, and slowly create space for you to feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
My hope is that this space feels like a soft landing place, one where you can bring your whole self – messy, hopeful, hurting, or unsure and know that it is welcome.
